HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
I send out batches of orders at least once a week, usually on Fridays or Saturdays. When I can, I drop off orders at the post office more frequently; however, I am a part time artist with a full time day job, so it can sometimes take the full week for your order to ship. Thank you for your patience.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE ORDERS?
For sticker only orders shipping with stamped mail, I package stickers between two pieces of chipboard and then wrap in parchment/wax paper before putting in an envelope to prevent bending and damage in transit. For orders shipped with First Class mail, I package everything in a glassine or wax paper sleeve within a rigid cardboard mailer. I purchase most of my supplies from EcoEnclose and Paper Mart.
I do not use plastic sleeves or mailers for any of my products, except when reusing materials from my own personal purchases (so you might sometimes recieve stickers in a small plastic sleeve or an order in a used bubble mailer).
I THINK MY ORDER WAS LOST IN TRANSIT, DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS?
If you selected "Stamped" mail at checkout, unfortunately I don't have any way to know where exactly your package is once it leaves my hands. By selecting this non-tracked option, you are assuming that extra risk of your package being lost (though I have never actually had this happen!).
If you selected "First Class Mail" you should have received a tracking number when I shipped your order, but if you lost the email/never received one, please reach out with your order information and I can send it to you again/help you track down where your order might be. Ultimately, I am not responsible for mail lost in transit.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, I only ship within the United States.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STICKERS PRINTED?
All of the stickers I sell currently are printed by Saturn Stickers! They're great.
